About Hay Capital Land Clearing
An independent local marketing site for land clearing in Gilbert and the Southeast Valley of Phoenix.
The plain version first: nobody at this website drives a skid-steer. The site exists to do one thing well — get Gilbert-area property owners a real, written price on clearing work. When a call or form comes in, it goes to a local land clearing contractor covering the Southeast Valley. That operator walks the parcel, writes the quote, signs the agreement, and runs the machines. The site may be compensated for making the introduction.
The name is borrowed from the town itself. Gilbert shipped so much alfalfa in the 1910s that it was called the Hay Capital of the World, and the ground that grew that hay is now the ground being cleared — fallow fields gone to tumbleweed, mesquite creeping back over old pasture, and raw desert lots at the edge of it all. Because this site covers one trade in one corner of Arizona, its pages can afford to be specific about that ground: the caliche under the loam, the dust-permit rules, the native-plant notices, and the saguaros that stay standing no matter what else goes.
Quotes arranged through the site are free and carry no obligation, and everything past the introduction happens directly between you and the contractor.
